Our gin collection is the largest in Hobart, with bottles collected from small distilleries across Tasmania. We celebrate the people, places and botanicals that make every gin unique. We are proud to help represent the Tasmanian gin industry and believe our island is an ideal environment to create the best gin in the world.
We recommend mixing your gin with our delicious house-made tonic water. The SOCIETY tonic recipe contains minimal sugar and is designed to highlight the subtle botanicals found in artisan gin. We prepare our tonic with all natural ingredients, including cold extracted citrus, native spices and cinchona bark which contains the all-essential quinine.
